Image Info Memorial Hall was built on Church Street in 1890 by the Thomas H. Marshall Post, No. 42, Grand Army of the Republic, a Civil War veterans organization, as its memorial to fallen comrades.
Show Details
The post occupied the second floor for reunions and social events and various City of Belfast departments used the lower levels.
In 1934, as the numbers of veterans had diminished, the building was deeded to the City.
