Image Info Engine No. 3 of the Monson Narrow Gauge Railroad stood in front of the Monson Station which is located on Water Street in Monson. The station, built in 1884, has a slate roof, and the building was red in color with white trim. Engine No. 3 served both freight and passenger service.

Engine No. 3 was added to the company stock in 1913 and continues to operate today at the Maine Narrow Gauge Museum in Portland.
