Image Info Snowberry Park was an eating and entertainment establishment at Pine Point in Scarborough. The property had been a stable and motel before being purchased by Fred Snow and Perley Berry, who created the restaurant, takeout service, and gift shop (a later addition). The property was sold in the 1950s and become the Lighthouse Inn. Snowberry Park was named for proprietors Fred Snow and Perley Berry.
