The facility featured a saltwater swimming pool built by local contractor Bennie Lewis, tennis courts, ball fields, a solarium, and gym.
During the depression, Buzzell's offered a daily rate of 40 cents for adults and 30 cents for children. The farm served as Boothbay's YMCA until1980.
