Image Info Bailey Cottage for boys at Good-Will Hinckley was completed during the summer of 1893, and dedicated September 1 of the same year. The cottage was a gift of Mr. Charles Martin Bailey (1820-1917), the great linoleum and oilcloth tycoon from Winthrop Center. Upon it's completion, Bailey Cottage was painted "light lemon with white trimmings."
