Image Info Granite House and the rock garden at Good Will as they appeared in the late 1930s. Granite House was designed by Charles D. Hubbard and contained Hubbard's paintings of nine granite or stone quarries in Maine and samples of granite from Maine. The round grinding stones that lean against the building were transported from Guilford, Connecticut by Reginald Price and Raymond Gifford.
