Image Info The Tuck-Ferguson House at 38 Jefferson Street, corner Adams Street, was built in 1848 by Jonathan Tuck, who was then Biddeford's Postmaster. In 1860 he was elected Mayor of Biddeford, and died in office in 1861. Later the house was long occupied by Dr. M. Hubbard Ferguson who ran his medical practice out of the house from about 1900 through the middle 1920s.
