Image Info "This is the Milburn Block. The establishments show in part are the Patten drug store and Robbins jewelry store. The entrance at the right is probably that which was then or later the R. S. Hillman variety shop. Mr. Robbins died in California. Elmer Thibeault, who stands at his right, was employed by him. Mr. Thibeault is a resident of the state last named. The man at extreme right is Fred C. Dow, whose father, Chandler Dow, was in the clothing business about this time.
