Image Info Garland Manufacturing was incorporated in 1873 and located in this riverfront mill building on Water Street for 97 years. In 1984, it built a fully modern facility at its new location in the Saco Industrial Park. They are the only producers of rawhide mallets in North America. The buildings in the photograph have been converted into apartments.
