Image Info This hip-roofed house was built on land sold by Hezekiah Prince to Hezekiah Prince, Jr. in 1828. Hezekiah, the son, had the four-room house built for $1200 and moved into it in the same year. After Hezekiah's death in 1843, the house was sold to William C. Burgess, business partner of Edward O’Brien in the shipbuilding firm of Burgess and O’Brien.
