Image Info Artist Charles D. Hubbard designed the Good Will Roundel, intended to symbolize the mission of Good Will Farm, a home and school for underprivileged children in Fairfield.

This version of the Roundel, which Hubbard painted in 1918, is installed over the fireplace in the Supervisor's Office in Prescott Hall.
It was unveiled May 30, 1918. The painting survived the 1920 fire in Prescott Hall.
The words, "Industry, discipline, recreation, home, education, religion" along with the symbols are the "Good Will Idea."
The painting includes trees to represent forestry, a plough for agriculture, a machinist's hammer for mechanical interests, a baseball bat for organized athletics, and books for science and literature.
