One of the temporary cottages for workers to be built at the Passamaquoddy Bay Tidal Power Project in Eastport. The development of worker housing, several miles from downtown Eastport, was called Quoddy Village.

About 120 temporary homes for one, two or four families were planned at a cost of $3,000 each.

The tidal project work lasted one year and was canceled when Congress failed to appropriate additional funding.
