Image Info This factory was located off Bridge Street near the natural spring that flowed below the Riverview Manor Apartments. It was built in 1880 by Butler and Clark as a shoe shop. The Springvale Woolen Company occupied the building in the 1890's and Jagger Brothers from 1901 to 1904. This building escaped the Springvale fire of 1905, but was burned to the ground on August 9, 1926.
