Image Info This firm was one of Springvale's most successful and durable businesses. Started in Sanford in 1877 by Isaiah B. Stiles, it occupied this building from 1881 to 1939. Isaiah Stiles retired in 1890 and was succeeded by his sons, Eugene and Roy. When Stiles' sons took over, the name of the business changed to Stiles Brothers. This business was unique in that they not only sold clothing, they also manufactured it.
Show Details
In 1939 Eugene sold the business to Edwin L. Shaw who continued the business for several more years.
