Image Info In 1924, students at new South Portland High School ate lunch on the upper wooden banked track in the gymnasium. The gym was iconic with a lower court and an upper track. Later students had a dedicated cafeteria in another part of the school after the annex was built in 1935. The gym track remained intact, as of 2023.
