Image Info Assistant Surveyor Samuel Thompson, working under the authority of the Commissioners of the 7th Articles of the Treaty of Ghent, created this map of the East Main Shore of Lake Huron. This area included Presque Isle and Cape Hurd. The coordinates designated on the map are 45°15'24"N 81°46'5"W.
