Image Info The cottage at 20 Adelbert Street, shown in this colorized photo from the 1920s, was built by attorney and politician Frederick Wheeler Hinckley as part of his Sylvan Site development in South Portland. Each house was unique. The development was created after the Million Dollar Bridge was built connecting Portland and South Portland.
