Image Info These women were "waitresses" at the Portland Chamber of Commerce's Cabaret D'Art, presented on April 23, 1930. The Cabaret was planned by the Hospitality Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and was held at the Chamber of Commerce Hall, which was decorated in black and gold.
