Image Info Harry Jones, pilot and owner of Capt. Jones Flying Corp., Old Orchard, with Dorothy Nason of Westbrook. They are about to go on a publicity flight over Portland, where they will drop "bombs" of gift certificates over the city. Dorothy Nasan had been crowned "Miss Westbrook."

Jones ran a business of sightseeing flights out of his hangar in Old Orchard Beach beginning in 1919 and continuing until about 1930. He also created the first Maine air show in 1923 and met Charles Lindbergh when he unexpectedly stopped in Old Orchard Beach in 1927.
