Image Info Arthur Butts of Portland, 17, was arrested by State Police Sergeant George O'Donnell after allegedly robbing a filling station of $30 with his accomplice Donald Stanley. Butts was also charged with assault on an officer with a dangerous weapon. The two were apprehended, after being identified by the filling station attendant.
