Image Info Formed in 1933 by the National Industrial Recovery Act (NIRA), the National Recovery Administration aimed to give workers a voice, as well as establish minimum wage, maximum work hours and the minimum price of products. In 1935 the Supreme Court deemed the NRA unconstitutional.
