This letter, signed March 04, 1778, was written in an unwritten location to New York Governor George Clinton. In the letter, Livingston is informing Clinton that he sent him two attorneys to prove a man's certain guilt. Livingston says he will pay for the legal fees once he is told of the particular cost.
