Image Info A postcard of Sand Beach in Acadia National Park printed in the park's early years. A full third of the image is the road of Ocean Drive, reproducing the viewpoint of a tourist in a car. Many of the Tichnor Brothers postcards of this period were aimed at automobile travelers taking advantage of the new Maine Turnpike.
