Image Info In the spring of 1892 Good Will bought the Daniel Chase-Getchell farm, which stood where the Quincy building (now the L.C. Bates Museum) was later built. During the summer of 1892 a second floor was added and the building was partially converted into a schoolhouse. This newly expanded building was renamed Prospect Cottage and was dedicated on September 1, 1892. With other additions and improvements Prospect Cottage became the first true school building at Good Will.
