Image Info On November 10, 1937, the third car of a 100 car freight train jumped the rails and caused a pile up after an iron pipe fell off the engine and lodged in a switch. The Hubbard Free Library sustained heavy damage. Both east and west traffic over the line was discontinued until a crew from Waterville cleared the tracks. No one was injured in the wreck.
