Image Info L. Beryl Dorr graduated from the East Maine Conference Seminary in 1923. The school was open from 1848 to 1933 and was located in Bucksport.

Upon graduation she attended the Normal School in Castine, what is today Maine Maritime Academy.
She married Earle W. Dorr from Bucksport and they had one son, Earle W. Dorr Jr.
